Hazeworks (PTY) LTD (“Hazeworks”) is a business in the retail manufacturing and wholesale industry that imports, manufactures, and retails goods, products and accessories.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours during weekdays, being Monday to Friday. A delivery/tracking number will be confirmed via email.

FREE SHIPPING

Hazeworks offers free shipping on all online orders over R600.

EXPORT RESTRICTION

The offerings and products on this website are available to South African clients only, unless pre-authorized by management.

PAYMENT

Please note that orders placed and not paid, unless pre-authorized by management, within 24 hours from the time of purchase, will be cancelled without written confirmation. Please note it is your responsibility to forward proof of payment to orders@hazeworks.com. Please ensure that this comes directly from your bank when making the payment online.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

Hazeworks (PTY) LTD shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or by bank transfer into the Hazeworks bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY

Card transactions will be acquired for Hazeworks (PTY) LTD via Peach Payments (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Peach Payements uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.peachpayments.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS

Customer details will be stored by Hazeworks (PTY) LTD separately from card details which are entered by the client on payment provider’s secure site. For more detail on Peach Payments refer to www.peachpayments.co.za.

MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

RESPONSIBILITY

Hazeworks (PTY) LTD takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS 

In the event that a Hazeworks product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Hazeworks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product. Hazeworks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hazeworks shall issue a credit to your account for the amount charged. We cannot offer Credit Card refunds at this time.

COUNTRY OF DOMICILE

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Hazeworks (PTY) LTD chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature. 

USE OF SITE  

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via email, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Hazeworks employee, other licensed employee, host or representative is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise public through the site any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or public rights, abusive illegal, or otherwise objectionable with may constitute or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party of which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit other so to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organisation  

INDEMNIFICATION 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hazeworks, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your internet account 

 

Hazeworks (PTY) LTD may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
